New Server for AnWeb

New hardware has brought unexpected changes.

All the data files for AnWeb and the Departmental web site have been moved on to a faster better machine. Unfortunately the software upgrade has not gone as smoothly as planned.

This has resulted in a chnages to the way the site currently looks. Hopefully no actual data has been
lost. I will slowly sort through it all over the next couple weeks as time permits.
